MECHANISM OF THE IMPACT OF KNOWLEDGE VALUE CHAIN ON SERVICE INNOVATION MODEL
Under the condition of Knowledge Economy, knowledge has been an important source of wealth instead of the traditional land and machine. Promoting innovation through knowledge to enhance the competitive advantage has been the inevitable choice for service enterprise to cope with the fierce market competition. This paper, based on knowledge value chain model, combining with the integrated model of service innovation-a Four-Dimensional model, takes the service innovation process of service enterprise to divide into three stages such as knowledge input, knowledge activity, knowledge output, and through detailed analysis of the three stages, studies the influence mechanism of knowledge value chain to service innovation model.
