Research on Nonlinearity Property of Piezoelectric Vibration Accelerometer Based on Cymbal Transducer
The new type of piezoelectric vibration accelerometer was studied, which sensitive element is cymbal piezocomposite transducer with 2-(0)-2 connectivity rather than conventional piezoelectric ceramic. The nonlinearity property of output voltage of this new piezoelectric vibration accelerometer was investigated. The measurement circuit was designed. Using microcomputer to record the output voltage values and gain the relationship between the output voltage and the input acceleration. Use partition linear interpolation method and BP artificial neural network method to compensate the nonlinear property of the output voltage sensitivity of the piezoelectric vibration accelerometer. The experimental results show that the nonlinear property of the output voltage sensitivity is improved greatly and the compensation effect based on BP artificial neural network method is better than that of partition linear interpolation method. The compensation method based on the artificial neural network can be used for compensating the temperature properties of output voltage sensitivity of vibration accelerometer.
