The Method of Removing the Impurity from the Fabric of Artificial Ligament
Chemical and structural analyses of the impurities from the fabric of artificial ligament show that the impurities are jeopardized, because they may affect the ligaments induced ingrown cells. In this paper, with the method of water bath heating and ultrasonic wave cleaning, through changing the concentration, acting time and washing sequence of the sodium hydroxide, oxalic acid and the detergent, the different results could therefore be compared. Detection by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer to see the grade of removing, the former and the latter fabric apparent are obtained by scanning electron microscopy, also an in vitro study seeding mouse osteoblasts on ligament pieces was conducted and analyzed by light microscope. Through the contrast experiment, it has proved the most optimal method of cleaning.
