Preparation and Properties of Scutellaria-loaded PU/PEG Composite Membrane
Scutellaria powder-loaded PU/PEG membrane was prepared using casting method. The composite membrane was characterized by FTiR spectra, X-ray diffraction and TG. The FTIR spectra revealed that scutellaria content change produced no new groups and chemical bonds. The X-ray diffraction and TG analysis showed scutellaria powder content had little effects on crystallinity and weight loss rate of the membrane. Static releasing experimental results showed that scutellaria-loaded membrane was sensitive to pH and releasing speed was relating to ecutellaria content.
