The Research of the Structure of Biodegradable Nerve Conduit

In order to repair peripheral nerve injury in longdistance, scientists have studied the many ways. But the nerve autegraft is limited, and the rejection of allogeneic nerve. Therefore, the study nerve conduit on peripheral nerve repair is inevitable. This article discussed the structure of biodegradable nerve conduit and status of development, as well as the materials used in catheter. In order to discuss the effects of the different kinds of structures in the nerve conduit repair, two kinds of biodegradable nerve conduit structure was used, to test the radial compression performances and quality changes between a single layer of biodegradable nerve conduit and tube in tube nerve conduit in the degradation process.
