Design of High-frequency Current Inductive Guidance Robot System
Based on high-frequency current inductive guidance technology, an autonomic guidance robot system was designed and exploited. Consisted of host computer, PLC control systems, guidance robot body composition, the system is able to achieve the real-time monitoring of working environment, automating operation and so on. Through the transformation from the magnetic field strength change that is detected into the corresponding voltage signal change, the guided detection module of the robot can adjust the robots pose differentially, so that sensors can always be in the electromagnetic field equilibrium, and the robot moves along the scheduled track, In addition, the wireless transmission technology is used as communication between the host computer and the robot. A demonstration system with the preeminent applicability and reliability has been built.
