Study of ATS Software System Architecture Based on ABBET

摘要：

To settle the hierarchy, module, standardization requirements for automatic test system (ATS) software system, it puts forward an ATS software system based on a broad based environment for test (ABBET) standard. There are 5 concept levels in the system, and the test running system is the key part. All kinds of information are integrated to realize test mask in the running system. The paper puts forward some special interfaces to realize different functions. The system is an opening system, and it can be extended, reduced, reused and reconstructed.
