Design and Implementation of a Network Visual Surveillance System Based on DM642

摘要：

In this paper, a network visual surveillance system based on DM642 is designed. Firstly, hardware structure of the system is given and the working principle is analyzed. Secondly, the software of the system is presented in detail. At last, a visual surveillance system is constructed by combing DM642 developing platform with PC through the Ethernet. Network transmission, video coding and decoding are realized on the system. The testing result shows that the system achieves a good performance.
