Design & Implementation of Guardband Test Equipment

摘要：

In this paper, the guardband test method that provides a measure of design robustness is introduced. The automatic test equipment has been developed & implemented based on this purpose. The function and the design of the equipment are described. The practicability of the equipment is validated through a case study of experiment on an electronic product.
