Intellectualized Portable Temperature Calibration Equipment Based on Embedding System
In order to meet the fast on-site calibration of temperature sensor and temperature measuring instruments, this paper proposes a piece of portable high-precision temperature calibration equipment. With ARM as the control core, Iinux2.6 operating system is transplanted; a proportional-fuzzy selftuning PID control algorithm is proposed, which is simulated in the MATLABA environment and the results fully meet the requirements; a combined commissioning of the system hardware and software is conducted and the actual results are analyzed, which shows that the system has achieved its anticipated design goals. This paper describes the design ideas of temperature calibration equipment, focusing on the construction of ARM-based temperature controller and the achievement of proportional-fuzzy self-tuning PID control algorithm.
