Real-time Video Collection and Processing System Based on FPGA

摘要：

In this paper, we designed a real-time video collection and processing system based on the Altera Cyclone II FPGA EP2C70F672I8, which was use on photoelectric theodolite. Our system could capture, process CVBS and output LVDS video data without the system computer.
