Design of On-Chip Integrated Hall Sensor

摘要：

On-Chip integration of Hall sensor can meet the high demand for hall sensors in the automotive and industrial application. This paper presents a design of On-Chip Hall sensor. The design uses a feedback structure instead of sample hold block and Schmitt trigger block. This structure has simplified the circuit of hall sensor and reduced the area cost The design has practical significance in the production and application of hall sensors.
