Design of Quality Inspection and Storage System of Infrared Receiver Based on FPGA

Based on FPGA(FieId-Programmable Gate Array), an automatic high quality inspection and storage system for infrared receiver is worked out in this paper. The system is composed of infrared emission, infrared receiver, analog-to-digital converter, testing module, result display and SD Card. The result can be accurately and quickly shown by FPGA. Taking the advantage of FPGAs parallel characteristics, the inspection system can meet the requirements of automatic production. And SD card which is convenient for PC processing is applied to store the result data.
