VCSEL Frequency Stabilization for Atomic Clock

摘要：

We describe a VCSEL frequency stabilization setup for atomic clock which contains both temperature stabilization and VCSEL current stabilization. Lockin amplifier is used in the current stabilization loop which based on the atomic resonance line. The results of this work could be adapted for the CPT atomic system.
