Disposal of MCG-signal Based on Interpolation Methods
Magnetocardiography (MCG) is a kind of medical image based on measuring the faint magnetic field of human heart activity, and it has the higher sensitivity and veracity than electrocardiogram when being used to diagnose heart diseases. In order to raise the precision of MCG image the MCGs are obtained through interpolation pre-processing. The paper provides three interpolation methods, which are bilinear interpolation, two-cubic interpolation and cubic spline interpolation. The results of actual example show that the effect of cubic spline interpolation is the best in the three interpolation methods.
