Design and Simulation on the Electrostatic Imaging System
This paper describes the design and optimization of the electrostatic imaging system with simulation method. Based on the research of typical target charged distribution and principle of electrostatic imaging system , the relationship between parameters of the image detection array and measured value of electrostatic imaging detector is discussed in this paper, in order to obtain optimal design principles of detecting array in a certain of detection imaging conditions, the authors analysis the imaging results which are caused by parameters change of the detector array with the tool of Matlab simulation. The conclusion shows that changing the detection array parameters can improve the imaging quality of electrostatic imaging systems.
