Study on Modeling and Control of Voice Coil Motor Servo System for Active Vibration Isolation
The active vibration isolation technology is widely used in the aerospace field, in which the active executing agency is the key point. In the paper, a design of executing agency of active vibration isolation system driven by voice coil motor is presented. First, the dynamic model of executing agency driven by voice coil motor is established by using dynamic modeling methods. And then the controller of executing agency is designed by studying two kinds of single closed loop and double closed loop control scheme. Finally, a simulation is done. The simulation results show that the double closed loop control scheme is better than the single closed loop control scheme, while the double closed loop control scheme can meet the requirements of active vibration isolation system in case of high speed and high acceleration.
