Design of High-frequency Ultrasound Focused Transducer

The relevant theory on how to design the highfrequency focused transducer is described in the paper. The various process parameters are designed, and the production process of focused ultrasound transducer (center frequency in the 8-10MHz range) is described in detail. The performance testing process of the transducer is discussed. According to the test results and the analysis, the transducer has relatively good performance, and the desired effect of design requirement is basically reached. With the developed transducer, the test of plunger hole can significantly get the defects wave of the binding layer.
