Design of a Kind of Combined Temperature Sensor
In this paper, an idea about combined sensor which uses different sense organs in linearity, sensitivity, stability and dynamic performance is presented, and a new kind of temperature sensor is designed. In the working process, the output of platinum resistance is used as the calibration and standard, and the output of semiconductor resistance is used as the increment of measuring. Thus a better sensor with both the advantages of platinum resistance and semiconductor material is obtained.
