Vibration Control of Cantilever Beam Based on Piezoelectric Self-sensing Actuator

Piezoelectric self-sensing actuator is functional integration of the piezoelectric sensor and actuator. In this paper, the mathematical model of the piezoelectric self-sensing actuator is established, the bridge circuit signal separation method is used to separate the sensing signal and control signal, and the amplifier, low-pass filter and the controller are designed to compose the cantilever beam vibration control system. Then two groups of experiments are carried out, the results show that the cantilever beam vibration control system runs normally and the piezoelectric self-sensing actuator can restrain vibration of the beam effectively.
