Comparison of the Primary Standard Pressure Instruments in China

Comparison in gauge mode had been taken between the primary pressure standard PG7607 (No.307, uncertainty 15ppm, k=2) gas piston pressure gauge in China National Institute of Metrology and the newly introduced PG7607 (No.850, uncertainty 8ppm, k=2) automatic gas piston pressure gauge in National Center for Meteorological Metrology. The comparison results show that: the absolute values of the measurement result difference between both gauges are within the allowed error limits for all pressure test points; and the metrology performance of both gauges are within the uncertainty limits. Both gauges are accurate and reliable.
