Design of Intelligent Dynamic Weighing System for Loader
The intelligent automatic weighing instrument can automatically and immediately calculate and analyze the weight of material in bucket of a loader. The design of the hardware and the realization of experiment of dynamic weighing system for loader are discussed in this paper. First of all, a basic dynamic model and a appropriate solution are set up, and then, a hardware platform is designed. At last, by a large amount of experiments, some kinds of main factors causing errors are discussed, and related solving methods such as amplitude filtering, weighted filtering are presented. The error is with in 1％. The system has been used in the practice applications. The practical application results show that the instantaneity, accuracy, stability and reliability of the presented system are achieved.
