Experimental Test for Control Performanceof Electronic Control Injector of Vehicle
In order to realize on-line mixing pesticide for variable rate spray, an electronic control injector of vehicle is employed for flow control of farm chemical. The characteristics of the electronic unit injector, such as linearity, linear range, frequency property, temperature property, are studied for optimizing the control performance. The experimental results show that it has good linearity between flow of the injector and the PWM dutyfactor. The flow rate is decreased with the increasing of frequency at the same dutyfactor, however the dead zone and the saturation region are augmented. The temperature influence on flow is little, which can be neglected when temperature varies not too much.
