Study on the Biological Fluid Rheological Property Test System Based on Capillary Method
The paper focuses on the design of a new automatic blood rheology test system based on the capillary method. In this system, all processes such as sample adding, test, calibration, QC, cleaning and test result printing are controlled automatically by the PC and ARM processor, and the communication interface between them is USB-RS485. In order to improve the performance, the blood rheology of human physiological states, such as constant 37℃, is simulated in the system. The hardware, software, calibration and test processes of the test system are introduced in this paper. With distilled water and plasma, the experimental results show that the repeatability error is less than 2% and the correlation coefficient is more than 0.990.
