The application of microtoroidal resonators in optical fiber communication device

摘要：

In this paper, we review the applications of toroidal microcavities in optical fiber communication device. Tracing the growth of the technology of the experiments. Both passive (e.g. filters) and active (e.g. microlasers) devices are discussed.
