State Quality Evaluation of Positioning Bolt In Tower Crane Based on the Theory of Extension
By applying matter-element theory, extension set theory and dependent function calculation of extension method, the classical and limited matter-elements of state quality evaluation of positioning bolt in tower crane were set up, and an extension model of the multifactor synthetic evaluation on the bolt state quality was established as well in this paper. Five factors on reliability safety, such as strength of extension, wedge load, moment of torque, corrosion value and thread wearing capacity, were used to evaluate bolt state quality based on extension model. State quality evaluation was conducted on test data of 11 positioning bolt, and objective and reasonable evaluation results were obtained. This method can reflect more objectively and truly the state quality degree of actual positioning bolts in tower crane. Therefore, the extension theory is more effective and practical in state quality evaluation.
