Design of Multi-Channel Weighting Monitoring System
In order to automatically weight materials for the production from several different channels into the enterprise at the same time, a multi-channel weighting monitoring system was designed. A singlechip computer real-time data acquisition system was designed for each channel. These single-chip computer systems can either operate independently, but also through the intranet data sharing. The hardware configuration and software of the weighing system was described in this paper. This system was reformed based on the original weighing system in a heat and power plant. The system has a high degree of automation, low cost, simple structure and high reliability. It can be applied in heat and power plants, cement factories and steel plants.
