Circuit Fault Diagnosis System Based on Maximal Fault Characteristics Information Entropy

Aiming at the poor universality existed in common circuit fault diagnosis system, a general circuit fault diagnosis system is designed in this paper. The design is completed by adopting the method based on the correlation matrix and taking the maximal fault characteristics information entropy as the criterion. The experiment shows that the system has strong universality, and the system is not only suitable for the fault detection of analog or digital circuit, but also suitable for the fault detection of mixed signals circuit.
