Real-Time Judging Method of Grating Subdivision Uniformity Error

A real-time subdivision uniformity judging index γ is put forward, which objectively evaluates the quality of grating signals and the error of subdivision uniformity. Due to the estimation of subdivision uniformity error |Δφ| is expressed as the equation |Δφ|≤141xγ and the γ is only defined by the amplitudes of subdivision signals, therefore the subdivision uniformity error |Δφ| can be obtained directly through the measurement of the amplitudes of subdivision signals. The experimental results show that such judging method evaluated by index γ is effective.
