Architecture and Implementation of Interoperable ATS Software Based on STD
The IEEE 1641 STD Standard leads to a concept of signal modeling that provides the structures to support signal component usage within a hierarchical signal classification system. By so doing, the signal models provide the basis for TPS reuse and test sequence translatability that is essential to the evolution of an interoperable system. Initiatives to put the STD standard into complex equipment test system design to achieve TPS interoperation goal have been taken. The present study is concerned with this initiative. This paper focused on the architecture and implementation of interoperable ATS software based on the analysis of the influence factors for ATS interoperability, and expatiated the modeling, object oriented interface and interoperability implementation of the run time system emphatically.
