摘要：

The standard instruments used and calibration approaches of digital modulation quality parameters for WLAN tester are introduced in this paper first, following gives the analysis of the digital modulation quality parameters, finally gives the check parameters and check methods for 802.11 a/b/g/n digital modulation signals.
