Iterative Optimization of Least-squares Circle Fitting Method for Extraction of Tissue Impedance Model Parameters
An algorithm for extraction of tissue electrical impedance model parameter is presented in the paper. The objective to rapidly and accurately extract the model parameters such as Ri, Re, Cm is realized through iterative optimization of least-squares circle fitting method. The mathematic foundation, theoretic analysis and algorithm by the MATLAB software programming are presented. Through the simulation test, the result shows that this algorithm fits to extract biological tissue electrical impedance model parameters, its calculating precision is high, and the iterative speed is quick.
