Integration Technology of Information Acquisition and Driving Control for Piezoelectric Micro-displacement system

According to the drive principle and strain monitoring methods of intelligent piezoelectric structure, the integration on information acquisition and driving control of piezoelectric microdisplacement system is studied. Firstly, highprecision dynamic driving power which can support the voltage from -120V to 120V is designed to meet the driven capability of piezoelectric element. Then information acquisition circuit which owns the function of real-time monitoring is designed to collect the strain signal that comes from the piezoelectric elements working process. Finally, closed-loop digital PID integral separated control algorithm is used to regulate the input of the driving power, so micro-driver controller shows closed-loop control function on the operational status of the smart piezoelectric structure, and its control precision is improved.
