Update and Prolong Life Method for Valuable Imported In struments behind the Times
To discuss IT update method that valuable or largescale precision instruments behind the times. That is extending cache size, raising bus frequency besides the common method with larger RAM size and updating Operation System. It is exceeding the best performance at the max frequency with the main board system; even it is achieving the next important advanced kind of CPU, by the greatest difference between CPU core frequency and printing one. It raises the system speed nearly 3 times. It gets good performance such as 3~5 times of former without changing the box and board with comprehension technology and all steps benefit to system. It prolongs the life of import instrument falling into disuse period, and gets good effect by import integrative optics-mechanics-electricity machine. We make use of the max difference of core and PR frequency to get extreme system speed by selecting the different CPU kinds and at the highest speed on the instrument board. Update BIOS selects hardware widely. Final, mini new motherboard replaces whole old FT device. It is adapt to OS update, link to large files such as MATLAB, Lab VIEW. It extends the memory size by soldering RAM ICs on the PCB.
