Intelligent Vehicle Scheduling for Service Delivery in Industrial Product-Service Systems
The use models of Industrial Product-Sewice Systems (IPS2)are based on the idea of offering functionality, availability or results. The integration of products and services to meet the customers needs does not focus the partial resource optimization, but the overall system optimization. The logistics schedules the delivery of IPS2 related service, such as maintenance or schooling to ensure the customer demands and to fulfill the contracted directives for the IPS2.This demands the balance of optimization between service cost and the fulfillment for the IPS2.As a central part of service delivery, routing scheduling for personal or parts via car, train, ship or plane directly influences the performance in service delivery. In this paper, the vehicle scheduling model for IPS2 is presented with the help of the Hybrid Quantum Evolutionary Algorithm. The Objective is to minimize the service cost, while accomplish the promised functionality, availability over a timeframe or a result. In addition the acquired sensor data will be analyzed and processed to knowledge about the system behavior.which takes place in future routing processes. So it enables a competitive provision of services in the IPS2 business model.
