A Template to Acquire Requirements of Customers in Eco-design

摘要：

Acquiring requirements of customers is a complicated process in eco-design.To analyse and normalize customers requirements，the present paper systematically discusses the process of establishing a static requirements template including gathering， segmentation，and distillation of requirements，and a dynamic template is also proposed besed on the static one.Then e framework of the template proves the method is operable and reasonable.The eco-designers can efficiently acquire the normalized requirements of customers using this template as guidance，so the template actually provides a fundamental base for the further design process.
