Method of Disassembly Information Acquisition and Automatic Modeling Based on UG
The disassemblability of automobile products is a complex random problem.The basis of product disassemblability evaluation is disassembly information acquisition and automatic modelling.In this paper, based on disassembly information and their expression,taking crank-connecting rod mechanism for example,the secondary development technique of UG is used to acquire the main disassembly information, such as part charactedstics,topology relations and constraint types etc.In addition,the storage of disassembly information and automatic generation of disassembly hybrid graph model are realized by the use of adjacency list stomge method and VC++program,respectively.
