Product disassembly directed graph model based on basic element and classification constraints
Constraint types and constraint values of parts are key factors to determine the disassembly sequence planning and disassembly scheme.To reduce complexity of disassembly sequence planning and avoid combinatorial explosion problems of disassembly schemes,a product disassembly directed graph model based on basic element and classification constraints (PDDGM-BECC) is proposed.First of all,the concE,pt of classification consttaints is presented and the constraints of three types for product disassembly are developed.Secondly,the PDDGM-BECC is defined and Constructed by introducing graph theory and basic element method of Extenics.Thirdly,the product disassembly strategies based on the PDDGM-BECC are built.Finally,a flashlight is taken as an example to illustrate application of the PDDGM-BECC.Its results show that the PDDGM-BECC can reasonably express information of parts and their Constraints.And it is an effective method of avoiding combinatorial explosion problems in the product disassembly process.
