Risk Rssessment of Hangzhou Typhoon Rainstorm Flooding Disaster Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Assessment

摘要：

The lives of people and property in Hangzhou, China are threatened by landfall typhoons, which have been listed as one of the gravest natural disasters to affect social and economic development in Hangzhou1. Flood disasters often take place around rivers and plains, which were induced by typhoons. This paper adopts fuzzy comprehensive assessment to evaluate typhoon flood disaster risk in Hangzhon, China.Evaluation data, such as meteorological data, terrain data and other reference information were applied to analyze the accuracy of typhoon flood disaster risk.
