A Feasible Mechanism of Coalition between University and Enterprise in CSR Perspective

摘要：

A feasible coalition mechanism is designed based on CSR with the government being the principal, where CSR represents the corporate social responsibility. When the mechanisim does run, an enterprise will cooperrate with the university to cultivate the students’s practice ability due to CSR and prioritize the coalition involved student as their empolyees . Two properties of the mechanism are given based on the individual rationality which means the feasibility of the mechanism is acceptable.
