Effective AC Response of Nonlinear Cylindrical Coated Composites
The perturbation method is applied to investigate the problem of effective response of nonlinear cylindrical coated composites, which are randomly embedded in a host medium under the action of an external AC electric field Eo = E sin ωt + E3 sin 3ωt. The local potentials of composites at higher harmonies are derived in both local inclusion particles and host region under the external AC electric field. The effective response of the nonlinear cylindrical composites at the basic and harmonics are obtained in a dilute limit. Moreover, the relationship between the nonlinear effective response at the basic frequency and third harmonics are also given.
