A batch arrival discrete-time retrial queue with feedback and general retrial times

We consider a discrete-time retrial queue with feedback and general retrial times where customers are assumed to arrive in batches. We analyze the markov chain underlying the queueing system. We get explicit expressions for the orbit size and the system size probability generating functions as well as some other important marginal generating functions. We further present some significant performance measures for the system in steady-state. Finally, numerical results are presented with a focus on the effect of batch arrivals on the system performance.
