An Image Segmentation Algorithm Based On Improved PCNN
Aiming at the difficulties and shortcomings of using PCNN in image segmentation, with the gray histogram of images and the maximal cross-entropyy function as the fitness function of Adaptive Genetic Algorithm, we adopt Adaptive Genetic Algorithm to search the optimal threshold and an image segmentation algorithm is put forward based on the improved PCNN. The iterative time of this method is only once to complete image segmentation, and the segmentation results are superior to the original PCNN and the traditional Ostu algorithm.
