An Analysis of Cost Control Advantages of Comprehensive Budget Management
In recent years, the limited profits in the industries and the fierce market competition have made a higher demand for companies to reduce costs. Thus, reducing the cost has become the subject of businesses, but how to control and reduce them has become a headache for many companies. Comparatively speaking, the traditional method of cost control has its limitations. As one of the methods of cost control, overall budget management has its irreplaceable advantage. This article deals with the methods of cost control and its application in cost control of budget management from the perspective of overall budget management.
