Evaluation Methods and Application of Hospital Competitiveness Based on Rough Set - Taking Three-Level Comprehensive Hospitals in Jiangxi Province as Examples
Evaluation of hospital competitiveness is a dynamic, complex systems engineering. In this paper, the evaluation index system was established and was based on a lot of reference reading, research on the spot and expert interviews. First, we proposed the basic concept of a rough set, and based on it, a new reduction method was proposed and applied in the research of three-level comprehensive hospitals in Jiangxi Province. We then obtained the key evaluation index, worked out the degree of importance and the weight of the key index and received the ranking of the hospitals. Through the application of theory and practice, the paper further described that applying the rough set in the evaluation of the application system has a strong theoretical and practical significance.
