An Empirical Study on Key Factors of Leader Performance on Non-Profit Organizations
Based on samples of non-profit organizations (including education, medical & health, charity and religion) in Shanghai, this paper observes the relationship between NPOs leaders and the performance of NPOs by the multiple regression method. The result shows that the character of leaders is positive to the performance of NPOs, and the more passion and patience the leaders have, the better performance NPOs hold;the stronger values system the leaders have, the better performance NPOs hold. The more humanistic and flexible the leadership style is, the better performance NPOs hold. Leadership style, natural environment and social environment have a positive influence on improving NPOs performance to a certain extent.
