Pervasive Knowledge Service of Rural New Generation Labor in Major Food Sales Regions: Issues and Strategies-Taking ZheJiang as an Example

The increase of rural new generation labor is along with the decline of food production in Major Food Sales Regions. Rural labor migration contributes some to the economic Development. The main goal of this paper is to address that pervasive knowledge service is thirsty for rural new Generation labor, and it showed a serious shortage and unbalanced. The governments at all levels should provide appropriate public goods such as free education, pervasive knowledge to complement the competitive market, increase investment in skills, improve the skills structure of labor supply.
