Enterprise Human Resource Training in a Knowledge Management View
In the age of knowledge economy, tacit knowledge plays a decisive role in enterprise innovation ability of the formation and improvement. This paper analyzes that knowledge-based economy has brought new challenges to human resource training for enterprises, and leads to an enterprise human resource training for the operation mechanism of tacit knowledge sharing.
