Evaluation Study on Developing Biomass Energy Source in State-owned Forestry Region Based on DEA Mode
The biomass energy source, being one kind of the renewable energy source, and its development is advantageous to alleviate ever increasing serious energy crisis. There is distinctive superiority and potential in developing biomass energy resources in our state-owned forestry region. To further impel developing biomass energy sources in state owned forestry regions, using the Heilongjiang stateowned forestry region as the empirical study object, this article constructs an appraisal system of developing biomass energy sources based on the DEA mode in Heilongjiang stateowned forestry region, from the angle of input and output efficiency evaluation and carries on the appraisal analysis to develop biomass energy sources degree in Heilongjiang stateowned forestry region in order to provide the policy-making support for developing biomass energy source in the stateowned forestry region.
