Research on the Influence of Knowledges Attribute and Network Competence to Knowledge Acquisition

摘要：

The technological innovation network is an important means of organization from which enterprises can acquire knowledge. Based on a thorough analysis of associated literature, this paper defines the attribute of knowledge and network competence of network enterprises in combination with the nature of the technological innovation network. It points out the relationship among the attribute of knowledge, network competence and knowledge acquisition of network enterprises which are based on a crunode relationship. After it clarifies the role of attribute of knowledge and network competence in knowledge acquisition, as well as the mechanism of action of attribute of knowledge upon network competence, it confirms the intermediate role of network competence in the formation of attribute and in the process of knowledge acquisition.
